Life!

In my childhood I heard people say different things
Life is full of ups and downs
Every rose has surrounding thorns
But I watched and observed and looked away
Because Papa till he was alive never let me down
He cared for me endlessly as much as I needed
He watched over me like an angel I never felt weak
And then a storm came in my life
Just around the time Papa you left
The storm swept away majority of me with it
I stood watching what had just happened
Turmoil of emotions kept my brain strangled for the longest time
Papa's princess was suddenly brought to streets and she didnt know where to go
She didnt know a way around she didnt know who to ask
She remained lost in the storm for a long long time
Until slowly she gathered strength and was determined to stand up once again
Once she was determined, the universe found its way of helping her
People came in her life one after another and left
They helped her in one form or another
Now she knew what thorns meant around those roses
Now she knew what downfalls meant in life
The storm is not over it yet continues
But she now faces the storm with courage and determination
She is adamant that she will succeed
She breaks she falls she stumbles she fails all the time
Five years later...the storm continues
Her faith stays strong and her fight to succeed continues
This is Life! A life she could never imagine! This is Life!
