Everyone knows I Heard It Through The Grapevine is a Marvin Gaye song. Look it up and you'll find multiple references stating that. Learning that it was originally a song from Gladys Knight and the Pips startled me. So, here is Marvin Gaye singing a song that is actually a cover.
This post was going to be longer-I needed to stop skimping on this blog- but twice I wrote a decent post, only to have it vanish into cyberspace. So, no rants about charlatans, frauds, and critical thinking. No stories about museums, hoaxes, and Leonardo da Vinci. But the ideas were similar to what I am posting; many people will believe what seems right, whether it's true or false. Marvin Gaye is a benign example, but the potential for damage still exists.
I'd post lyrics, but the last time I lost my post, I was looking up lyrics.
