Just a moment in time.

Stillness

When time stands still.
Our eyes will meet.
Deep within me.
A fire burns.
Shall we kill,
The things that are so sweet?
Or take a turn.
Seeing the things to be.
Listening to our souls fill.
Within a single heartbeat.
The tears that run,
Many lessons we learned.
