Stepping back

There are times when you feel like life is going nowhere. When you can't see the sunshine through the fog.

Equally there are times when you notice just how lost you got, and where you allowed everything to go wrong.

And it is just that - it's a choice. You can allow it. Or you don't.

You can get caught up in the fight, in the flurry of emotions and everyone's beating hearts.

You can get caught up in the pleasing, the trying so hard and the determination to succeed.

Or you can, just for a moment, step back and reflect on what makes you happy and focus on that.

And just let everything else roll...
