Write a story or poem (putting it in the Romance Genre) about their celebration." 14 Lines Eight syllables per line, abab, cdcd, efef, gg rhymes scheme, no meter inteneded Married 33 years ago this year She is still beautiful to him In her heart he is always near Only death could separate them. Dinner at a diner all this time Each year on this their wedding day Tonight something with the spoon's chime The necklace bought from the display. She says then that he should not have Though she knows it is not quite true She is the wife that he should have It is the least that he can do. Married now for all these short years Nineteen Eighty Four calms all fears. |
