The Simple Answer

The simple answer is no.
I am not who you think.
I will chase after my desires,
unlimited by life’s misadventures.

I am free to chase my dreams,
no matter where they may lead,
ignoring the cost that others count,
I will become who I want to be.

I cannot be intimidated
into giving up or giving in
to the tactics of big government,
or those who wish to harm me.

So when it comes to the question
of whether I will give up on my dreams
and allow myself to fall into depression,
the simple answer is no.
