The fog that night is where I could be found.
Inside the river, grief had struck me down.
Then dirty beast approached with whinny sound.
To reach out, save me just before I drown.
Upon its back I climb; removed my frown.
It moved in darkness gently cleansed by rain,
and horn began to shine upon its crown.
We galloped swift through fields of wispy grain,
above I seen the rays return again.
The Unicorn turned sparkling pearly white.
The hair glowed softly as I held its mane,
while bathed within the brilliance of the light.
We stopped upon the highest mountain ridge,
the time had come to cross a rainbow bridge.
