This is my second One Scene example. It's sixty line long aka one minute.
INT. PARENTS BEDROOM – JUST AFTER DARK

LANCE, mid to late thirties, throws an ashtray with a lite
cigarette at a closing door. Only an inch is what is left of
the closing door when the ashtray hits it. VIVIAN, early to
mid-thirties, opens the door a second later, but quickly
closes it when Lance picks up an expensive looking vase.

                    VIVIAN
               (talking through door)
Don’t throw that. It’s one of the last
thing that I still have left that’s from
          my mother.

                    LANCE
(looks at vase, then at door)
That’s all you ever think about. Your
dead mother. She has been dead for ten
years. You need to let her go.

The door slowly opens but stops about halfway open. Vivian
peaks around the corner. Lance shakes his head sadly. Then
he places the vase back on the table

                    VIVIAN
Is that why you are so mad at me? You
          never liked my mother.

                    LANCE
I didn’t like her because she never
liked me. According to her, I wasn’t
          good enough for her.

Vivian enters the room after opening the door completely.
She keeps her hand on the door knob, though.

                    VIVIAN
You’re wrong about my mother. She’s like
that with everyone. It was her way of
letting you know she loved you.
               (beat)
Every time I talk to her she only has
good things to say about you. That’s
just the way she was with everyone.

                    LANCE
It sure didn’t look like that to me. Why
          did she act like that?

After removing her hand from the door knob, Vivian start to
walk toward Lance. Lance sits down in the chair next to the
table the vase is on.

                    VIVIAN
No one knows why she acted like that.
(she stops in front of Lance)
Is that why you are so mad at me?

                    LANCE
Of course, it’s not. I’m angry at you
because I know about the affair you have
          been having.
