Remembering a soulmate

sitting here in the quiet morning
golden sun rising painting my world
dew still glistening upon green blades

beautiful colors radiate around me
can feel your every thought
warm soft breeze swirls your luv

you make me feel so differently
I have confidence in myself now
courage to conquer my fears

face insecurities I couldn’t defeat
cause you came into my life and luved me
your smile kissing mine is heaven

press your heart upon my chest
feeling our hearts beat together
not just for now but forever

I know the pain your heart bleeds
cause I have felt it within me
I’m saddened that others hurt you

rest assured you’re never alone
believe in me.....in your quiet moments
listen within the depths of your soul
