This is featured in a story I wrote:

I never learn and now Im failing you
and if this is a test
don't make me take it again
there's no time to study
I'd rather pass the time
this is a waste of time
but you'll move on

now I'm held back
and you moved on
I never meant to hold you back
so just move on

I have to learn not to put myself through this again
why can't I learn
this will never be my friend
why can't I learn, this was wrong all along

we can never be friends

It's the only time you believe

like rain with the sun out,
I'll break your heart just cause
