IXX. The Sun

Image of The Sun




The Sun, Fair Lord of heat and life
Whose strength and warmth abate all strife
While in his arms fully embraced
All joys of life we'll surely taste

When brightness sets and dark descends
cold cruel wickedness attends
love and life which once had thrived,
deprived of heat can not survive
