I grew up rich.Their were expectations of me. No path nor means to get there. I am happy.

I am happy today
I grew with everything.
Expectations and boxes
Are what you desire for me.

Not today or any day
Live my life best as I can
Do not care how I am viewed
Want to please but I am not you.

I’ve made many mistakes
Every one an adventure.
They will be stories to tell
A warning or a freedom.

Tell me I could be so much more
Then call me loser useless.
Call me weak / stupid / failure.
I don’t care. I am just me.

I have been deep in the dirt.
I have seen the dark of despair.
I have seen the overwhelming
Joy of hope and belief in love.

I do a lot of self-reflection.
My life has been amazing.
I’ve seen everything I need
I’ve earned my happiness / joy.
