Light’s Labor Lost

A tornado takes the lights out

Power passion-
Three lights on a dimmer
The microwave too
The tv, the phone, the light in the loo;
The glistening rain shower, the thunder outside
The calm expectation it would be ok this time
Since it has been more fine with lines underground
To the point where thunder is just a distracting sound.
The sudden sensation of life without light
Can’t see in the bathroom
Stumbling at night
Not sure what the time is
Can’t use the PC-
I think a tornado has done this to me-
Perhaps they are filming
On Weather.com
But I don’t have a single thing
I can turn on.
