Hopeless.

In all the years

I had been waiting

I fell in love

With only one

It's hard to know

After that waiting

That in a heart beat

She was gone

The Moon, her friend

Wants me to tell

Asking when

She will come back

Tears in my eyes

Know very well

I had forever

Lost her track

Breezes that blow

Through the grass

And ask me who

You're waiting for

I do not know

Maybe she'll pass

And I could see her

One time more.
