I admire your tenacity. A bulldog could take your correspondence course. I'm sure a bulldog could learn a lot from you, but especially about persistence.

When you called me yesterday at 1.04 PM, I tried to ignore your call. Forgive me, it was rude and lll-mannered on my part. I just thought that since I'd told you I didn't want more furniture 653 times already, maybe you'd dialed my number by mistake. But you promptly called again at 1.43 PM. Very efficient of you.

I appreciate what you are doing for the system of education in our country selling ergonomic chairs and desks for students from Grade 4 to 7. I can, however, assure you that my students of this age group are perfectly comfortable with the furniture they've got and are performing well. And we've reduced the number of children per class, so we're actually donating extra furniture to a new school. So we appreciate your kind discount offers, but respectfully decline.

I also admire your reasons for 'targeting' the age group of Grade 4 to 7. Of course the other grades are too young or old to need comfortable furniture, anyone can see that, after you explained it so nicely! And my goodness, the video of your showroom took my breath away. I mean, all those decorations and knick-knacks to make the furniture more alluring will certainly encourage people not to buy, since they hike up the price.
