The Derg-The Jaded Dragon (Part 1)

The 1st case.

"Baby Face" Moe was in his cell in the state of the art penitentiary on the outskirts of Avalon. He was holding a newspaper and laughing. His cellmate Bob "Boom Boom" McGuire was puzzled. "Hey Moe. What's got ya so high today?" Moe folded his paper and looked at Bob. "Because all our troubles are over Bob. Stick with me and ya ain't got ta worry bout nothing. By the end of the day, we'll be rich. Floating in the green. All ya got to do is follow my orders and say nothin to noboddy, ya hears?" "Ya, sure ting boss, but uh how we gonna be rich when us is stuck in maximum security?" "That's your brain thinking again Bob. An what did I tells ya about trying to think?" "Um, duh, leave the thinking to yous boss?" "That's right Bob and don't forget it!"

That day the two criminals were put in the chain gang for picking up trash around Highway 88. It was a stretch of road in the middle of a desert with nothing of notice for miles and miles. The only vehicles that used the road were industrial waste trucks laden with toxic barrels headed to the waste disposal in the distant mountains. It was a very ironic place to be, both for the plastic bags and soda cans as well as the trash and scum of the criminal kind. Two hours into the community service and a helicopter approached. It looked like a standard police chopper come to check up on the inmates. However, this was not to be the case. Chain guns began firing on the prison guards on the ground. Pinned down, they tried to return fire, but with no luck. "Follow me!" Moe told Bob. The two of them bolted for the copter and climbed up a rope ladder that was thrown down. Moments later the copter turned and flew in a westerly direction, towards the secret lair of a certain sinister doctor, a Doctor Bad Vibes. This was to be just the beginning to a sinister caper that would shake the very foundation of Truth & Justice.
