When you cant see past the mirror
It was within the midnight hour that this young woman came face to face with her biggest demon. She looked deep into the bathroom mirror and a hideous monster stared back at her. She screamed, but there was no one to hear her cries.

The monster laughed. "They can't hear you. You have scared them all away, You Fat Bitch." She screamed once more, in horror. The mirror began to shake as the monster laughed louder, "You'll never get rid of me, I am your mind, your heart and your soul. I am in every part of that ugly body of yours."

Her face went pale at the realization that the monster in the mirror was her and that there would be no one willing to love her. How could they love a beast, she thought. She reached for the razor lying on the sink.

The monster chuckled, "Cut, cut, cut you will never remove me." She began to cut away the ugliness. Her long black hair danced slowly to the floor. The monster chuckled with glee. "You're only getting uglier, cut, cut, cut. Maybe somewhere in there you'll find some beauty." She frantically began cutting away at her face, as she watched the warts on the monster fall to the floor. Again, the monster laughed. This time he began to bloat, as she sliced from her breast to waist, trying desperately to remove the fat from her stomach. The monster laughed, "Now you've done it, look at you." She screamed, "No, please, just leave me alone!"

The bathroom door began to shudder, "Open up, sweetheart. Open the door. What's going on in there. Open up." Her body fell to the floor as her lover was finally able to open the door.

"No, my love. No!" her husband cried as he tried to stop her bleeding.

She died on the cold bathroom floor, weighing 98 pounds and cut from head to toe. She was never able to get rid of her monster, only her life.
