If i could be God for just one day,
Love would be back and despair would fray.
I'd help the lonely to find a friend.
I'd make emnity meet an end.
The homeless i'd fit with houses snug,
Make natural the dyes put into the rug.
The people who are lost a time to pray,
IF i could be God for just one day.
I'd catch all the hate and drive it away,
If i could be God for just one day.

I'd let loose all the children and let them play.
The Ozone layer i'd fix.
Give back all the animals their friendly licks.
Cars i'd destroy, real and toy.
Slaves i'd release, pains would cease.
And poverty would be banished for good,

I'd heal all those with disease,
And Love of course i'd defreeze.
