Sometimes, just sometimes,
you see it happen and it makes you smile.
Well, it happened at Writing.Com,
Since I've been away for a while.

Richard, the Demon Squirrel, the mad reader
has moved to the top...numero uno.
I'm thrilled with that, you bet your life
As I am sure are many who are in the know.

He reads and reviews like crazy, you see.
His awards are famous and he gives to all.
So raise your glass for a heartfelt toast
To Richard, the one who now stands so tall.
