Debacle

A friendship is tested

I have seen them
in action, poised to destroy us;
they have hearts of ice unlike any I have seen,
and if we can shake them to the very core, I don't see how we
could ever lose.

I shiver at
the sound of your voice...so icy.
I fear you want to annihilate these people
that have done not a thing to us, yet you still have the belief that they
just might kill us.

Can't you seem them?
They are radiating evil,
a pain that will work its way through our wretched souls.
I've caused them pain;they are out for revenge, and I am their target.
They want me dead.

Let 'em, I say!
Either way, someone will be wrecked,
ravaged beyond all recognition, a horrid thought.
They want a fight;you want to give them a fight;I know that you'll lose
and be damaged.

Oh, how could you?
I thought you'd stick with me like best friends
do; I don't want you to bail on me like this.
However, I will still fight them even if it means my life; I
will take a stand.

Bid thee adieu
as you prepare to commit
the most gruesome emotional suicide I
have ever seen; I shiver at the thought of losing you, my best
friend forever.
