Little Being

This was inspiried by my two granddaughters when they were toddlers.

Little hands and little feet
Busily they keep
Touching and feeling
Exploring new things

Keeping their balance
Learning to walk
Watching and hearing
Learning to speak
Watch what you say
For they do repeat

Their innocence so precious
Their laughter so sweet
They grow up so fast
So enjoy while you can
The tiny little being
You hold in your hands.
