Love Unnoticed

A poem about my unrequited love, or the guy doesn't even realize I love him.

Stand by my side and never leave,
Stay till my heart ceases to beat,
I live for you and you alone,
No one else exists in my world.

You are the light to my shadow,
You save me from myself.
To you I look to find my hope,
You are my one and only.

I’ll stay by your side till worlds end,
To you I pledge my life’s worth,
I love you more then anything else
I’ve ever held dear in my life.

Please grant me a wish today,
Allow me to be with you,
Though my love is unrequited,
Allow me to stay at your side.
