The flowers smiled upon the child
The sky kissed its face,
The wind played with his curls
The sun brightened up but couldn't see his face.
The clouds above, stretched their arms,
And invited him to glide,
To go to the heavens, on their backs
But the child chose to hide.
The dreams beckoned him unto a land
Of fairy tale and magic
They enticed him with kings and queens,
But the child's silence was tragic
The birds twittered and sang his praise,
They taught him to be free
The child stayed quiet and silent,
Never clapped his hands in glee.
The Nature pleaded and pressed him,
Until he turned around,
To show a face hideously scarred
And his body filled with wounds.
Mother Nature shrunk back in horror,
And exclaimed, ''This is not what I created''
The child said in a ghastly voice,''Mother you have been cheated''.
