What is this?

To start Writing.Com's item numbers off at 100,000 I needed a "spaceholder" item at 99,999. So I created this and hand set its item # within the database.

In truth, it's no longer needed and doesn't do a thing. Why do I keep it? Sentimental, I guess. *Smile*
