I see we're supposed to "UP-DATE" our Bio. As I mentioned before I am new to this group.I have been an avid reader all my life, and written mostly poetry since High School. I have written a couple of unpublished children's stories and am working on an LDS Young Adult themed story at this time. I am a young-hearted 70+ yr old and am enjoying new hobbies, like rock-hounding, painting and now sharing my writings. We have raised 9 children, 2 grandchildren, and various dogs and cats, all of which or whom I enjoy immensely! We recently lost a 16 yr old grandson to suicide. But I still laugh, sing and thank God for His many blessings in my life.
