Currently, I'm working on a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition. I know this seems a far cry from the world of creative writing that fuels my brain, but something has to pay the bills. I started a novel a few years ago and I'm dying to get back into the writing and editing of it. Desperate for the chance to talk to fellow writers while I still have a bit of time to play around with the novel before starting my dissertation.
