Lisa Washington is the founder of Washington Way Publishing and is also a travel agent and certified wedding planner. When You Least Expect it is her first novel. She is originally from Detroit, MI, where she attended Wayne State University after serving 4-years in the United States Navy. She is also a graduate of Averett University (VA) and Butler University (IN). She currently resides with her family in Indiana
