I guess I would call myself an "emerging voice." I mean, that's the term, right? The term that people use when they have aspirations but are embarrassed about it? Embarrassed because they are embarrassing. I know I'm not the first self-described "writer" to be self-conscious about nearly everything. At the very least, I am a writer who knows its not revolutionary.
