I'm a very part-time radio news reporter from western Illinois. I'm an Orthodox Christian, a singer and songwriter, avid reader, and erstwhile author, and since 2015, outfitted with a power wheelchair (avoid semis that want to mate with your van). I enjoy strategy and role-playing games, history, SF & fantasy and trains. The more I write the more I find the truth in "write about what you know".
