I wrote everyday when I was younger, won all the writing contests at school, wanted desperately to be a writer when I grew up and then...I grew up. I spent too much time listening to people who told me that the writing field was saturated and I didn't stand a chance. Now, still dreaming of being a writer I find myself lost and not knowing what to do or where to go. There are many voices out there, mine among them. I'm tired of listening to inner and outer critics. I'm here to develop into the writer I always knew I could be while building the confidence I need. The desire I feel to write now overpowers the fear I have of writing.
