Zoey remembered exactly as she was—beautiful, sweet, and a little spiteful too 💜

Zoey..

She was black and silver moonlight,
soft as love, sharp as flame—
a Maltipoo with sugar kisses
and spite stitched in her name.

She loved me fierce, she tested me,
sweet one breath, sass the next;
tiny growls, dramatic eyes,
a heart both pure and complex.

She’d curl up like an angel
then steal my soul with side-eye glare,
as if daring me to forget
she ruled the air.

Too sweet to stay, too bold to fade,
you packed a lifetime into days.
Black and silver, fire and grace—
my Zoey, my beautiful chaos phase.

Now heaven’s got a problem child,
a queen with attitude and shine.
They’ll learn real fast what I already knew—
that kind of love is rare, d’aviné
