I find it impossible to write down how I am feeling. I am so angry and upset right now with WdC. There is actually a video that tells you how to navigate this community.

A video!!!!!!

I have 5 friends I brought on here who left because they could not figure out, even with Get Started and Writing.Com 101 how to get around easily. It was all too much work to teach themselves what to do.

As Schnujo's in Georgia can tell anyone, tracker was constantly asking questions, trying to figure out whether something was an item or a post or an entry, etc.

Why do I feel like the only one who had no access to this aid? Is it referenced somewhere that I should have seen it?

I am so frustrated right now.
