Great Christmas Eve to All, Who Read!

This merry eve of Christmas Day
has joy for all to see,
We sing the songs and fully play,
What bliss for you and me!

The things we do to ready make
our house for Christmas Day!
More gifts we'll place and pictures take
Great Blessings we will say!

When night doth come, we long for snow
to paint our canvas pure,
We hope for cups so hot to know,
that warmth inside insure.

To cuddle close with ones we love,
and hold this moment tight,
Will mem'ries make and like a dove
brings peace on whom it lights.

Tomorrow we may open gifts,
that bring us happiness,
Tonight the peace of heart, it lifts
to strengthen and to bless.
