Take UP Your Cross Prompt: Should we point out other people's sin to them? Why or why not? Answer: I have not been one to like pointing the finger at anyone. Well, at least I haven't since I was a child. 😊 However, the more I read the Bible, I am beginning to think we should let someone know when we believe them to be in error out of love for them but with a humble attitude. Our sin effects other people rather we realize it or not. Our thoughts and actions, good or bad has a ripple effect. I can't think of the exact chapter right off the top of my head, but I have been reading in Leviticus lately. It speaks of someone witnessing a sin and not telling about it, then it became sin for them also. Ouch! We must be careful what we witness, what we say, and how we say it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PROMPT May 6th Write about a community service or volunteer experience you’ve had in your life that made an impact on you. The volunteer experience that impacted my life the most was when I volunteered to clean a church weekly. I would get together with a couple other ladies and we would all do a thorough cleaning of the Church building. We would all work at it until it was all done. I found it to be enjoyable since all of us ladies had time to talk to each other while we were working. I always had a sense of accomplishment when it was done. We kept that building looking good. I will never forget the fellowship and comradery we had with each other. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Peter Tasker Write about this quote in your Blog entry today. I hate to sound ignorant, but I may have to claim ignorance on this one. I am not familiar with this quote, nor do I understand what it means. I am willing to learn if someone is willing to enlighten me though. I even tried googling the quote with no results. 🤷♀️ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Prompt: I was cruising the galaxy with Twikkie and found this planet: Alexi (652) Read this item:
Write about this item in your Blog entry today. As a woman from Oklahoma, I can feel this poem. I imagine some people felt like this on May 3rd, 1999. I love the poem and love the imagery. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ https://www.onthisday.com/photos/penny-black https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postage_stamp The history of postage stamps is fascinating. Do you remember how much the first postage stamp cost you used to mail a letter? Did you write a letter or mail a card? Have you ever collected stamps? Postage stamps were 25 cents when I began to use them. I mailed cards and letters both. I have never collected stamps but I knew someone who did once.
