Save Image To Your Computer
Icon: Upgraded Membership (Small) Before you can save an image to your Writing.Com portfolio, you must first have the image file saved on your computer. For example:

*Bullet* You can download an image to your computer from your digital camera or mobile device.

*Bullet* You can download an image to your computer from any royalty-free website. See "Creative Image Ideas" .

*Bullet* You can create the image on your computer using any graphic software, such as PaintShop Pro or Adobe Photoshop.

*Bullet* You can save an image to your computer from an image file attached to an email in your Writing.Com Inbox.
Right-click the filename in the email attachment area.
Open the file in another tab/window.
Right-click the image, and choose Save As to download the file to your computer.

The image file types that can be uploaded into a Writing.Com portfolio are listed in "Image" .

After you've created your image and saved it to your computer, you are ready to upload it into your Writing.Com portfolio as an Image item (see:"Create/Edit an Image" ).1
