this week- the conspiracy

feeding the beastly cat
food from off my plate
I elbowed away the dog
so the cat would get the food
the dog ate off my plate
I turned to scold the dog
the cat reached for my fork
which fell upon the floor
I picked my fork back up
and gave the cat the food
the little bugger bit me hard
and I knocked my plate on to the floor
the cat and dog finished my dinner together
while I bandaged my finger
