121 words 16 lines 121 Words 16 lines Doe a Deer By Lisa Noe There is a deer that runs so free In the thick brushy woods it be I sit and watch it in all of it’s glory Hoping a hunter don’t make the scene gory It looks at me with big brown eyes I mean it I’m in awe of her size She has a white tail And has created a trail She comes to my home every day This is no exaggeration I say I can’t believe the miracle I see Standing right ahead of me God created this beautiful creature Now I’ve made her my evening feature I hope one day to pet her before she goes I tell you here now she’s nobody’s doe. |
