Yesterday I ran out of spoons by 11. I had a meltdown by 11:30. And was speaking in single word sentences until I droused around dinner time. Then I was up to three word sentences.
I don't know for sure what broke me but I just couldn't. I tried to do WdC but... I just couldn't even do that.
Running low on spoons today. Very close to tears.
It didn't help that I forgot my morning pills until dinner time. I have a colonoscopy on the 7th and will be without my pills for 36 hours. Not looking forward to it.
