Since 2020, I’ve tried and failed at getting into shape. My highest weight since 2020 was 301.6 pounds in August 2022, and my lowest weight since 2020 was 259 in April 2024. I’m hoping that this blog will keep me consistent, because I have other people reading it and if I fall off the wagon, people will know, and I don’t want to let them down.
. I walked for 30 minutes this morning, and lifted weights with my barbell two hours after breakfast. I trained triceps.
I had one cup (dry measured) of oatmeal, one cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt and two teaspoons of cinnamon for breakfast. I had egg salad sandwich for lunch, and home made chicken chow mein for dinner, made with five ounces of whole wheat semolina noodles.
