Unions. Allow unions. Stop busting unions.

I've negotiated on both sides of the table, and I know unions aren't perfect. But under the current framework, they are far superior to going it alone for a huge portion of the workforce.

I also wrote individual employment contracts for both employers and employees.

I know we'd all like to believe we're going to make it big. I've got some bad news: the system ain't designed that way.

Only a handful were what I'd consider "dream contracts," and most of those were people nearing retirement in specialized industries.

Unions would help far more people do far better over the long run.
