Good point, Heart in Africa. I would say not acting on your coveting is quite admirable - not a sin at all. Likewise, feeling attracted to someone who is off limits is perfectly natural. If you're old enough you'll remember when Jimmy Carter confessed to having "lust in his heart," but presumably he didn't act on it either. As for the "neighbor's wife" part, I'd say it's just another example of the male writers forgetting that women are capable of a little coveting of their own. Thanks for dropping by.
