If anyone else has trouble with this, here is what I figured out.

Go to file, export, HTML...
Your browser will open with a nice neat outline all ready for you to copy paste to word, though you will have to do a little formatting.

I'm still not sure how I am going to do all the coding to make it so pretty on WDC. I guess that is next. At least I'll be all ready to do the other two outlines tomorrow.
