Newbie tickets cost 250 gp each and can be given to anyone who joined the site between August 2013 and now.
For non-newbies like you or me or aqua, the only way to get a ticket is to buy 10 newbie tickets.

So... you could buy 10 Newbie tickets for kalifornia and get 1 Extras-Only ticket for Aqua... for 2500 gp.

With 10,000 gp, you can buy 40 Newbie tickets, and you'll get 4 Extras-Only ones for non-newbies. *Smile*

If you have any other newbies in mind, I'd be happy to do the 40 newbie tickets and then 2 Extras-Only tickets for you and 2 for Aqua or however you want to split it. Just let me know! *Smile*
