You are only required to work on each assignment for a minimum of fifteen minutes. You probably won't finish your entire outline in fifteen minutes, and that's ok. You're always allowed to work on an assignment for longer. The fifteen minute time frame is just to make sure you're working for a minimum of fifteen minutes every day.
