Antagonists how to show

I'm struggling on how to show my antagonists.
I have a group. My #2 MC has 3 children who actively don't want MC1&2 to get together. They see MC1 as a threat to their"tribe"
Then there is a woman who has designs on MC2 and is trying to put him in every situation he feels uncomfortable. They have no clue to him but she sees him aa notch in her belt. 14 days to form the attack et him reeled in and walk away.
