Thank you for your introduction, Lilli. I know a lot of this stuff isn't easy to talk about. My own introduction was a similar overview of superficial issues, or really labels, I guess. I think you have a lot of important things to say.

What a horribly cold way to be told about the passing of your mother. I'm sorry you went through that, and I'm not surprised that it triggered everything else, or was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I'm happy to hear that you're doing a bit better now. Moderately okay is better than the alternative, I suppose. I self-medicate too so you're not alone there.
