Well lets get the obvious choices out of the way Keith(1) and Caleb(2), now he needs 4 more partners and in my opinion it would depend on how the story develops.

Now who else would he approach in these situations? Well I could see him approaching Yumi(3), he already has access to her as either himself or Chelsea, he could make a speech on how he wants to changes things and show how he already did it with the golems and ask her for help, she may be hesitant at first like when he showed the book to her first, but I could see her accepting it and also thinking that if she joins him and the others she could control the damage they would do. Now we need 3 more.

He does knows from the Kim mask that Cassie(4) has a crush on him, even if he doesn't know her he could see her as someone that would follow him so I guess she could be number four. We need 2 more now.

Like it was pointed out on the other topic I could see him being forced to make someone a partner if they find him while trading masks/making golems/making more masks, it could an adult or another student. The unwilling partner could be either one or even two people, if it is two that would be it, maybe Eva and Jessica, or even someone like Seth and Steve, people he would not like to be partners with but would need to because they discovered his secret and he and maybe even the other partners cannot make more golems, or even his teacher Walbert and his mother, cause Walbert would want his mother to be younger like on the route he gets the book. Now if it is only one we have a lot of possibilities like it was pointed out before it could be a mother like Will on mother or Chelsea, or even another faculty teacher that discovered what Will is doing and like I pointed out with Yumi wants to control the damage they are going to make.

I could see if Will and his class still went on the field trip to the Cuthbert him recruiting helping from there, at least Rosalie being a possible recruit or even Grandma Shabbleman replacing someone during the field trip.
