I am on the gluten-free FODMAP diet regimen. I find that I can eat small amounts of gluten if I use flour from a Montana company, non-GMO wheat harvested and grown in Montana. But yep, those FODMAP restrictions pretty much all apply to me.
Lucky for me I'm not celiac, tested just sensitive. And I am of the opinion it's all the processed food we poor Americans are subjected to. The high-fructose corn syrup in everything, the Roundup used in our farming. Well, don't get me started on the regular American's diet here.
I don't eat pasta or bread much anymore. Never was a big fan, so no loss.
Food, wonderful food, except when it makes you sick and run to the bathroom! So I eat plain food, lots of fruits and vegetables.
