1. It depends if you'd like to be a writing coach or contest judge! "Prep Instructions: Admin Team"  has more detail about being a writing coach and "Prep Instructions: Contest Round Judges"  explains being a judge.
2. if you're a judge, you'll have multiple entries to read through, hopefully you'll find one you like!
