I get that occasionally (one only a few days ago, in fact). Apart from the inevitable Brit/American spelling and grammar thing (which I'll explain if I have the energy), it's the ones that somehow misunderstood something in the story that I have to think about. I always go back and read the relevant part to see if it's my fault in that I haven't been clear enough. If that is true, I'll fix it and let them know I agree and have changed it. Usually, it's just a case of poor comprehension, however, and those I don't mention. What am I going to do - tell them they're hard of reading?
